3.2.1. Collection on quotation or order/services request

3.2.1.1. When you request a quotation or order goods/ services from us, you will be asked to provide us with information on a voluntary basis (“company information”) to load onto our Accounting System.

3.2.1.2. Similarly when we request a quotation or order goods/ services from a supplier, you will be asked to provide us with information on a voluntary basis (“company information”) to load onto our Accounting System.

3.2.1.3. You may also provide additional information to us on a voluntary basis (“optional information”).

– in accordance with applicable law; and

– when you provide us with any company information or optional information.

3.2.3.In line with the Conditions in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (the act),
